Past Drama Productions - Tales From The Hidden Annexe: The Story of Anne Frank (Autumn 2009) The compelling and moving tale of Anne Frank was impressively portrayed by King’s High girls. The stage was ingeniously adapted to accommodate both the family’s cramped living quarters and the horrific events occurring in the world outside. The play shows how Anne was not that dissimilar to teenagers today whilst informing the audience about the rise of Hitler and the events that were happening in Europe. The cast and director, Mrs Sarah Barker-Doherty, are to be congratulated on an outstanding and professional production. (photographs by Adam Woodyatt)
Past Drama Productions: Wizard of Oz (Summer 2009) Visually stunning with breathtaking sets, this production captured the imagination of both young and old, transporting them to the Emerald City. Photographs by Adam Woodyatt
