Governor Scholarships

Governor scholarships are awarded up to the value of 20% of fees and are available throughout the student's entire education at the schools. They are available to girls joining King's High School in year 7, current pupils and new applicants at year 12.

Eligibility – The Governor scholarships are based on the candidates’ performance in the entrance examination and the interview, students registered for the examination are automatically considered for these scholarships.

Those applying for Sixth Form scholarships will be required, in addition to the standard entry requirements, to sit an exam in those subjects they wish to study in the Sixth Form.

Governor Music Scholarships

Governor music scholarships are also awarded up to the value of 20% of fees and are available to candidates who demonstrate exceptional musical accomplishment and demonstrate a high academic standard in the examination.   They are available to girls entering Year 7.

Sixth Form Scholarships

Sixth Form scholarships are available to internal and external candidates on a competitive basis. Candidates sit papers in their chosen subjects and a critical thinking assessment in the Spring term before joining the Sixth Form in the September.
