Our talented Catering team pulled out all the stops with a delicious light lunch for special guests at our recent Founders and Benefactors’ Service. On the menu was roast salmon with avocado and mango salsa, artisan quiches, and gorgeous mango and passion fruit pavlovas and chocolate brownie cupcakes with honeycomb. Our students also enjoyed some birthday cupcakes to celebrate our 145th birthday!
