Welcome to our Foundation Weekend - Come and share in a celebration across our schools!

Our Foundation Welcome Back Weekend is from Friday 24 – Sunday 26 September, over our Myton Road Campus.  Everyone is welcome, and there is a host of activities to enjoy.  For more information, please take a look at the full programme below

Friday highlights include the Warwick Independent Schools Foundation Commemoration Service at St Mary’s, featuring our Foundation schools in a special service to celebrate the Foundation and links with the wider community. There is a drop-in Open Rehearsal by the Foundation Symphony Orchestra in Warwick Hall – a chance to hear some of our finest musicians playing together after 18 months – and the ‘Friday Night Lights’ Warwick School rugby match, with a bar and streetfood.

Saturday sees school families, alumni and friends come together for a series of events: our Foundation Aquathlon, an Ex Cathedra Singing workshop, the CBSO’s wonderful Stringcredibles, a workshop with leading percussionist, Simone Rebello, taster sessions with the Bridge House Theatre Young Company, and a fun campus treasure trail, organised by Warwick Prep School Association.

Sunday is a day for connecting with the wider community, with our afternoon cream tea for Key Workers, the official opening of the King’s High and Warwick Prep Music School with star saxophonist and Radio 3 presenter, Jess Gillam, and the Massive Messiah.  A collaboration between Warwick Independent Schools Foundation and Warwick – A Singing Town, this is a ‘Come and Sing’ event, culminating in a performance at 1pm.
