A Level Exam Results for 2021 

The headline figures are as follows: 

• 83% of all results were graded A* to A  

• 95% of all results were graded A* to B 

• 99% of all results were graded A* to C 

• 100% pass rate overall 

In addition: 

• Over 65% of pupils received at least one A* 

• Over 92% of pupils received at least one A 

• Over 70% of pupils received all A* to A grades 

• Over 89% of pupils received at least ABB 


Following the students’ exceptional A Level results for 2021, university successes are equally impressive:
Over 90% of students will be attending their first-choice university.
82% of students will be attending Russell Group universities.  

Pupils will be reading a wide variety of courses, including at UCL to study Neuroscience, Oxford to study PPE, Cambridge to study Modern and Medieval Languages, Durham to study English, Biochemistry at Imperial, as well as to study at the Royal Academy of Music and the Dyson Institute for a Degree Apprenticeship. 

Seven students have also been accepted for Medicine and Allied Sciences.
As is usual for Upper Sixth leavers, roughly 50% are studying arts, languages, and humanities, with around 50% studying STEM subjects.
Our top destinations are Bath, Bristol, Leeds, Liverpool, Nottingham and UCL.
