Fees

Admissions Fees 
Registration Fee

A £100 non-refundable registration fee (£175 for boarding applicants) is required upon registration. This is payable by bank transfer (please use your child's name as reference).

Acceptance Deposit

A non-refundable deposit of £500 is payable on request as confirmation of acceptance of the place. This will be deducted from the fees due at the end of the pupil's final term in the school.

For boarding places, an additional refundable deposit of one term's boarding fees is payable upon acceptance. For more details about the Acceptance Deposit and any additional deposits and how they are credited, please refer to Section 3 of the Foundations Terms and Conditions.

Please note that should you wish to withdraw your child’s place post acceptance, then a full terms notice will need to be provided to avoid Fees in Lieu.

Music Tuition - 30-minute lesson

Instrument hire for September 2023 starts from £45.70 per term (larger instruments such as harps may be more).

Lessons are 30 minutes in duration and charged termly in advance. Pupils receive up to 30 lessons (Year 3 – Year 10), 28 lessons (Year 12) or 24 lessons (Year 11 & 13) in a year

LAMDA £290 for 10 lessons

Payment of Fees

School fees are charged in three instalments due at the commencement of each term. Payment by termly direct debit is preferred but monthly payments are also possible via School Fee Plan. Click here to access our page on the School Fee Plan website.

Please note that the Governors reserve the right to alter the fees from time to time. The termly tuition fee includes all teaching materials and books. Lunches and after school care are charged separately. Music and LAMDA lessons are charged on a termly basis (based on 30 weeks' tuition over the year). The annual fees are charged in three instalments due at the commencement of each term. Payment by direct debit is preferred but monthly payments are also possible and details of both schemes are available from the Admissions team at the School or from the Foundation Office admissions@kingshighwarwick.co.uk.

Insurance Schemes

Below are details of the insurance schemes which are available to you via the Foundation on the basis of the terms and conditions set by the insurers. The insurance schemes are administered by two pupil-focused insurance providers; Endsleigh Insurance Services Limited and Marsh Education Practice. Information and details of how to subscribe are set out below.
